Soy Sauce Poke   

1 lb ahi (yellowfin tuna) or aku (skipjack tuna) fillet 
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped limu (seaweed)
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger root
2 Hawaiian red peppers, seeded and chopped



Cut fish into 1/2-inch cubes. In a bowl , combine fish with remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill
before serving. Makes 6 servings.
