Hawaiian Recipes - August 1996

Ahi Poke   

1 1/2 lb ahi
1 cup limu manauea (seaweed), blanched
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons inamona (prepared ground kukui nut)
1 teaspoon coarse chili pepper powder
1 teaspoon Hawaiian salt
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce



Cut ahi into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; toss gently. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
