Pineapple Angel Food Cake


A simple, fast recipe that produces a moist and flavorful cake. 

1	(one-pound) box one-step angel food cake mix

1	(20-ounce) can crushed pineapple undrained

	whipped cream (optional)

	

1. Place both ingredients in a large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until well blended. Pour into an ungreased 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.

2. Place pan on a wire rack and let cool in pan completely before slicing. Serve with whipped cream or dust top of cake with confectioners sugar, if desired.
