Here's a good recipe:

1 egg white
1 tbsp. cold water
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. pecans

In large mixing bowl, combine first 3 ingredients and whip until mixture is
frothy and stiff.

I large paper bag, place all dry ingredients.

Coat pecans in egg white mixture, then put into paper bag and shake
vigorously so that dry mixture sticks to pecans.

Place on buttered cookie sheet and bake 50-55 minutes at 250 degrees turning
several times.  Spread on paper towels and cool.
