Grilled duck breast with Thai dressing and greens.

Grill duck breast rare, let rest.

Mix
2 Tablespoons fish sauce
Juice from 1/2 of a large orange
Juice from 1/2 of a lime
Fresh grated ginger
Fresh hot red chili diced
Small splash of oriental sesame oil

Slice duck thin on bias add any juices to dressing
Toss duck and dressing with greens (it looked as if she used spinach, I
used mixed baby from Whole Foods)

Grate a bit of orange peel on top, enjoy.

She went on to say that she used a mix of lime juice and orange juice as a substitute for Seville oranges which were not available.
