1 cup soyu
1/2  brown sugar
1 ounce  sherry or mirn small amount
1/2 teaspoon  dried ginger
2 cloves of garlic finely diced
Sesame seeds (toasted optional)
Corn starch to thicken

Thicken with corn starch, but do not simmer

Marinate overnight

Chili oil
oyser sauce
sesame oil
green onions

cut down on bown sugar and leave out ginger and add jamacian jerk sauce
