Bloody Mary

 6  Servings

1	32 ounce jar Clamato juice
5	Shakes Celery Salt
10	Grinds Fresh Black Pepper
5	Shakes Dill Weed
5	Shakes  Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
        Tabasco or Louisiana Hot sauce to taste
2	jalapenos, Sliced in half and seeded
1	750 ml. bottle vodka
1	lemon, Cut in wedges

Mix first 6 ingredients and let sit 24 to 48 hours.
Add Jalapenos to the vodka and let sit for 24 to 48 hours.Strain Vodka.
Fill a glass with ice and add Clamato mixture and vodka.
Squeeze a lemon wedge in each drink and add more hot sauce if desired.
If you wish garnish with pickled vegetable of your choice.

BLOODY MARY III 

1 ounce (2 tablespoons) vodka
2/3 cup tomato juice
Fresh horseradish to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Tabasco to taste
Celery salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Garnishes: lemon wedge, celery rib, cherry tomato with vine, and/or cucumber
stick

In a tall glass filled with ice combine vodka and tomato juice and stir in
seasonings. Garnish Bloody Mary with lemon wedge and celery rib, cherry
tomato, and/or cucumber stick.
