Don in Montana's Cheesy Beef Roast: 

1 4-1/2 # Beef rolled roast (Heel)

Injection:
1 cup water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1" slab Velveeta cheese
1/2 cube butter
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tsp. cayenne
2 tsp. Tiger seasoning

-On low heat dissolve mixture, let cool, but do not let the cheese start to thicken
-Inject mixture into roast. 
-Sprinkle the roast with Tiger seasoning and black pepper.
-Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 9 hours or overnight.
-Sear all sides well. 
-Indirect smoke with mesquite wood.

Joe,
       I would put butter and maybe alittle beef base with a touch of water
with the wooster. By itself think it would be to strong. I've found that the
longer I let it sit in fridge after injection the better it is, so at least
go a day if you got the time, longer if you can. If you don't have the time
cook it anyway. Can't miss.
